Personalise Letters/Mail Merge: Custom List fields

It would be good if you can do the following

1. Use all fields in the card file in customer letters, including Custom Lists and Custom Fields

2. It would be good if you can modify the default layout for a card list detail report and you can then skip the print preview screen
