Prepare Electronic Payments: Default ABA file location

When saving the aba files , the default location should be the last saved location thereby eliminating changing the location each time you save an ABA file

Wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion.  It is highly inefficient to have to change the location of the ABA file each time.
