Allow recurring sales to be saved with the pay online option enabled so that this doesn't have to be turned on for each recurring transaction after its been recorded.

As part of our on-going work with Online Payments, with the release of AccountRight 2019.4, we have introduced the capabilities to allow Online Payments to be enabled for recurring invoices.
