Is it possible to have an hourly rate column in between the hours and Gross pay on the Payroll verification print format to confirm that the hourly rate paid is correct, the current format does not have it and it is only an informational reporting item on the employee details data fields.
This would extremely help with double checking the pay rate against the hourly rate calculated..
On a few occassions the base hourly rate Gross pay amount does not change when I adjust for sick pay or holiday and as a result the employees are overpaid.. Therefore that additional pay hourly rate column will help in avoiding and thus having the oppurtunity to correct the pays on the spot without haing to reverse or delete..
