 I have seen the in tray for purchases and ask if there are any plans to add an in tray to the sales invoice side. It would be very helpful to us as a solar installation company to store all compliance and design pdfs with the installation sale record, so that over time we when we re-visit the sale record we can find all of that in one place.

Hi @PET 

Thank you for your idea in regards to AccountRight and sale transactions.

Currently the In Tray can be used for purchases only. I would encourage other users that would like to see the ability to upload documents to be read for Sale transactions/an "Out Tray" to vote and comment if required.

Just saw that this has been suggested back in 2015. Need that Sales In Tray for customer purchase orders please.

We have just started using another program for our service jobs and think this feature would be fantastic if we could attach the invoice from the other programe to MYOB Sales invoice to avoid double data entry as we currently do now. We could do just a basic no information invoice in MYOB and attached the detailed invoice from our service job software instead.

An in tray for sales, to enable attachment of purchase invoices relating to that sale.

It would need to be able to accept more than one purchase invoice per sale.

So what can you do to speed up the process? You can share a link to http://www.scan2invoice.com with your colleagues and friends and ask them register their interest by leaving their email address as well. If we get more interested users we will assign more resources to the MYOB integration

This would also be great for our business, as we receive alot of purchase orders that relate to our sales, authorities etc and would be great to have this as per the purchase side of things.

Would love to see an intray for Sales, receive money, spend money, payroll , GL transactions etc.

 

We have alot of purchase orders and authorities to proceed with work  from customers that i would like to attached to their invoices for future references.

 

Receive money and spend money  would be great to be able to see the receipts for these transactions.

In Payroll, doctor certificates, and any corro issued to employees all in one place.

GL Transactions, need to have a copy of the authorised journal entry behind the entry.

 

All helps with going paperless.

This would be great especially as many businesses are trying to reduce their paper usage.

 

One of my clients is a Real Estate business. All contracts are prepared in a specialised RE program/database. I then enter the contract details into MYOB. If I could attach a copy of the report to each then I wouldn't need to keep paper copies. PDF copies are saved on the server but I have to go in & find the property folder so I'm often flicking between screens. But being attached I could access it immediately.

This "Sales Intray" function would save a heap of time and expect would be a godsend for most businesses.
