Would it be possible for the Web app and mobile app of Evernote being able to integrate with MYOB?   The Scannable app (built by Evernote) would be great to be able to:   Use Scannable to take a pic of a receipt. Share the Scanned receipt straight to Evernote. Then have Evernote receipts integrate and be easily shared across to MYOB. (Possibly auto send the receipts to the MYOB In Tray.) No point being forced to manually download the Receipts in Evernote onto a computer, and then transfer into MYOB into the In Tray. Many customers which are also suppliers of ours are not sure of the type of 'order' they are recieving. Is it a 'purchase order' or is it an 'order confirmation'? I know you can email and print using a different template but when it comes to saving to a disk so it can be attached to a reply email etc this becomes a problem for some who arnt as computer literate as others, having to print to pdf. The other problem is printing to pdf produces an amature result with columns and lines not 100% straight and in line with others. I didn't think MYOB would want this.   Using multiple templates in an organization also results in too many errors being made. I've seen quotes being sent on invoice templates etc because the default is set to this without manually being changed. Goal Summary I use Item Invoices to bill and invoice our customers. I have customised my Invoice forms [Setup - Customise Forms - Invoices - Item] which I have saved as my own templates. The "Authorisation Code" field is not available for use when customising Invoices of type "Item", and we would like this to be exposed for use.   Research/Prep notes I have included a lot of detail in order to communicate that I am not a technical struggler, and have taken many steps/Google searches/forum searches in order to try and solve this for myself. I have included pathways to show how I reach each field or window, and an explanation of how/why we take certain steps.   What I am trying to acheive: I want to customise it further to meet our company's needs. I have tried using the 'Insert Fields' window (i.e. selected Fields from the top menu bar when customising the invoice form) and have succesfully used this to add some needed fields.   What the problem is: The 'Insert Fields' window it is missing some fields related to an Invoice, specifically: fields which are present in the 'Sales - Edit Item' window [[Sales Command Centre - Sales Register - invoice] and/or the 'Receive Payments' window [Sales Command Centre - Sales Register - invoice - Payment].     This request is for the 'Authorisation Code' field to be available for use when customising "Invoice Templates" of type "Item".   I enter data into this field in the 'Applied Payment Details' window [Sales Command Centre - Sales Register - invoice - Payment, select Payment Methods as Credit Card, - Details] and wish to be able to provide my customers with their credit card's authorisation code when a payment is taken (which I enter into the field when payment is taken).     MYOB Receipt Templates As we do not like MYOB's Receipt templates (they do not meet our needs - please do not suggest that we use these, I have already spent a lot of time on the phone with MYOB support, and the Customer Support member and I both decided that Receipts would not meet our company's needs), I have created an 'Invoice' template which we send out for paid invoices, as well as an 'Invoice' template which we send our for unpaid receipts. Nevertheless, I have looked into this in MYOB's 'Receipt' [Setup - Customise Forms - Receipts] but it is not a field available on Receipts either.   Our current workaround: we are currently entering this information in the 'Comment' field on the 'Sales - Edit Item' window [Sales Command Centre - Sales Register - invoice].    Our desired outcome We would like the Authorisation Code field to be a field available for use when customising an invoice of type "item". I'd like to add a field on my statements which shows the number of days since the customer was actually invoiced, for each invoice listed.   The reason I would like to add this field is because I am in an industry which is notorious for late payments.   Currently I have managed to 'fudge' how I do this and I have to use a PDF Editing tool in order to show the number of days since the customer was invoiced and it's time consuming.   I have attached a Statement I generated through MYOB and have Edited it using a PDF editing tool to show the actual number of days since the invoice was issued.   SUMMARY: Add a field in my Statements form which shows the actual number of days since that invoiced was issued. The new current version MYOB Account Right Plus 2014 does not allow flexibility in customising invoices to include the Back order column. This is not acceptable for customers who require this option.   Please bring back the option to include the back order column on invoices. Currently this places any item on back order listed on the bottom of the invoice hence duplicating the back order items on the invoice, very unprofessional ! Also if you change a item to a back order  after the whole invoice has been paid in advance then the back order items are deducted from the invoiced total, changing the total of the invoice from NIL owing to outstanding amounts of the back ordered items, so wrong !   "Backorder on item invoices" ... My suggestion is that, in the Company Information window we should be able to enter our company bank details that we would accept direct debits from our customers, therefore enabling the information to be picked up as a Data field on the form.   "My company bank details to be added to Company details to allow a data field in the MYOB paper invoices for customer payments" ... I think it would be a great idea if Practice Manager (AE PM) and AccountRight talked to each other in a friendly way.  This would look something like this: -invoices created in AE PM flow into AccountRight.  When they are marked as paid that information flows back into AE PM and updates the appropriate debtor's ledger for a client/marks the invoice paid/etc. -payroll integration regarding time worked and leave accrual. -a general friendly, automated, efficient and effective connection between the two programs to make our life as a practice much better. The system defaults to one email address for sending all MYOB invoices even though they are from separate companies with different MYOB entities. How can I change the mouse scroll wheel speed, so that it moves a bit quicker when scrolling through reports? When I change the settings on Windows through control panel it makes no difference to the MYOB program.   ---------------------------------------------------------------- I have had a look at trying to change the scrolling speed on a report myself, Unfortuetly what i found was that the MYOB software will pick up on the scroll speed throughout the display interfaces in the MYOB software, such as the Sales Register, Transaction Journal, etc..  Howerver it does not seem to carry accross to the reports, and there is not a preference in the report in order to change the scroll speed, so unfortuently i dont think changing the scroll speed of reports is going to be possible.   ----------------------------------   "Mouse Scroll Wheel Speed" ... I know this is only a small fix but sometimes it is the small things that trip up users.   When you set up a new user and click on save I think there needs to be screen prompt notifying us that the user has saved.
