As a small company the option of printing or emailing statments is a very valuable tool.  However, after emailing the customers who provide you with an email address it would be considerably easier if the same customers did not then appear as an option on the "to be printed" Statement list.  Currently you have to rely on your memory as to whom you have emailed.  So my idea would be to have a default option as to "email or print statements".   "Statements - emailing or  printing option" ... Is it possible to have an option in MYOB where we can tick a default setting to always email remittance advices rather than changing it every time we entered the "Pay Bills screen." ?   At the moment it always reverts back to "Remittance advice delivery status: to be printed" when you close out of the screen.   Thank you     ... Hi Myob,   I have just gone through the process of trying to set up pay direct from the link on one of our invoices. After setting up it then stated that the function is not yet released and now our emailing of orders and invoices are sent from myob instead of from our email account. This is fine however the email that is sent is branded Myob.... The link to download the invoice is also heavily branded Myob... This looks very unprofessional to see so much branding of a sent invoice for another company.   If i am to continue to use this service i require the ability to format the email and also the download link page so that it looks like we are actually the invoicing company instead of Myob being so. might be ok for younger eye's, spare a thought for the older generation. Why the hell has the ability to change fonts gone & window sizes. Now the only way to make this stupid program readable is to redoo the screen resolution,   Even MS excel has the ability to zoom, might be time to dump MYOB me thinks!! It would be super helpful if we could change the customer card on an invoice once it's been recorded! I understand why we can't change the name once a payment has been applied to it, but in the meantime it would be great to change the customer card if required. Hi, as we pay many bills via credit card to take advantage of points earning, it would be great if there was a Credit Card Fee box to enter the charge into, similar to the Finance Charge box in the Pay Bills window. This could be linked directly to the bank fees or credit card fee expense account and would save extra processing when paying bills already entered in MYOB (as opposed to a Spend Money transaction). Currently we have to go into the supplier and add a transaction for the value of the cc fee and then go to pay bills and pay it altogether inclusive of the cc fee. I would like to see an extra column when you display the supplier cards.  The extra column I am suggesting would be to show ABN status.  Currently you have to go into the card to see the ABN status whether green, red or orange.  I would like at a quick glance to see the status of ABN's and be able to filter as per colour.   To take it a step further if we could hover over the ABN status on the cards list to see GST registration would be extremely helpful.   "Supplier Cards | ABN Status" ... Could we have the ability to attach PDF Files (similar to attaching a photo) to the Employee Card. It would be really useful if MYOB had the ability to insert rows in Spend Money/Receive Money/General Journals transactions (you can do it in purchase/sales invoices) – it is extremely frustrating when something has been entered and a line is missing, you then need to redo a section of the journal if you want it in a particular order (or especially with recurring journals that may slightly change from month to month and you want to insert a line, but not at the bottom).    This would be easily overcome with the ability to insert lines in these types of transactions.  What do other people think or am I the only one that wants the order of line items to be in a specific order? Please enable the old feature used in the classic versions where we could change the default currency. The inability to change the default currency from NZD/AUD to our local currency has been a major hinderance in migrating our classic clients to online version as they need to be able to use local currency as default and NZD and AUD as foreign currency.   ... Currently the Default currency field is not part of the import/export fields even though it is part of a Card profile. It would be great if this could be added just as all other fields... easier to change in Excel for all cards and export rather than change singularly esp when you do not have the option of assigning currency when creating a new customer card from Invoice App on mobile device. ... Hi,   can you please bring back the function that was available in the old versions of MYOB eg Premier v19, whereby you could click and drag the mouse down over the tick boxes in a Bank Reconciliation or when processing payroll? I know the feature to click and select / unselect ALL the tick boxes, but the drag and select feature was really useful for selecting / unselecting groups of transactions in one go. I've been with my current company only 6 months and the sales team mentioned to me today that a back-ordered item shows on the printed invoice but not on the printed packing slip. I thought surely not, this is a basic requirement. But sure enough they are correct. I searched this forum and found the attached Product Idea sumitted March 2014 with 42 votes.
