I have done an export of all customer cards and included all fields.   The first 2500 lines are ok in Excel.  The next 1000 lines, each customer is split across 2 lines making the data useless to work with and the data does not line up in the correct columns.   Does anyone have any ideas why my data would be 'corrupted' in this way or what I can do? ... Hi,   I need the system to save the template ie. To be printed – as my default to be printed form and To be emailed to save as the different to be emailed form.  Clearly these are 2 different formats as they are either printed on my letterhead or emailed with a logo and business name / ABN.  When you go to print email invoice tab and go to either of the tabs “printed” or “emailed” and go to Advanced filters you change the “selected form for sale – and change to my default form.  Each time you go to this depending on if you print or email this default needs to be changed each time and will stay on whichever option you last chose.  If you went to the print tab and you last used the email option the “selected form for sale” will remain as the email option.  This means that each time you need to check and change the default.  I believe that there should be an option to save the to be printed tab as a printed default form and that the to the emailed tab should have a separate filter option to save this as the default email form.   Also,  is there a way to identify user access and have only the user that has to print invoices appear under that user name / log in only?  We have several different staff that print/email invoices and every invoice appears in the print/email invoices tab.  Is there a way to have the user access control set up so that in there own individual access the only invoices that appear are for that user only?    Your assitance would be greatly appreciated.     ... A few times when i have been in a rush i have accidentally mistaken the waste bin /delete account icon in "manage bank accounts" for a refresh button.  I would like to suggest that this icon is changed to a red 'X' or at least have a "hover' /pop up notification saying "are you sure you want to delete this bank account." to avoid accidentally deleting associated bank accounts. Hi, When entering a purchase and you click the attachment link at the top it opens the tray screen, however you can't drag and drop from there or attach via other means either.  This would be great for entries that you already have in the system and then have follow up documents that may need entering such as delivery dockets etc.   The same goes for Sales but there isn't even the ability to attach?  I can't even access it from the online version yet I was sent an email that it is now available?   ... Hi MYOB, Could you please add to your list of features in AccountRight the ability to attach documents to Wages transactions for each employee - in the same way that it is already done for banking, purchases and sales transactions. It is a long term source of frustration that this feature is not available for wages. It particularly wastes a lot of time in looking back at previous transactions some months later & creates an inordinate amount of wasted time in finding source documents for auditors. i notice the is a "new" icon next to Prepare Electronic payments - does this mean we can pay employees and suppliers direct from myob, instead of creating a ABA file to be uploaded into our bank account?. We have had some of our employees applying for assistance through Centrelink and usually the payslips have all the required information on them.   Recently some of our staff have been advised by Centrelink to get letters of confirmation of their employment basis and we were hoping that we could include that on the payslips to avoid extra work and so that our staff can get their claims processed quicker by avoiding the second stage of providing a letter.   Lynda ... Since the new update recently AccountRightPlus AU 2023.8.0 am not able to open multiply companies anymore, this is not a good update when you have to log in and out all the time, I don't know why this is been taken out but please please put it back, MYOB has to work with their customers and make things easier, also before it went online, the old versions you could do a pdf of every single payslip in one pdf, now it's a single pdf and has to be done one by one. It would be great if you could have an option, by customer card, to either switch on or switch off the payment service. In this way, the MYOB user can select which customers get the option to pay by credit card. Need MYOB to investigate why the payslip TIL accrual figure is different to the entitlement balance report for TIL.   Option to "carry remaining entitlement over to next year" was not selected at time of set up of TIL accrual.  The TIL does not carry over on the entitlement report, but the payslip shows a carried over figure.  Why is the back end data different?     ... The pop up to creat a supplier appears over the top of half of the invoice images so quite often you cant read the supplier deatils from the invoice to input into the create supplier box. Either move this box to the right of the screen or make it moveable so you can drag it where you want it to be.  ... View more
