Would be so good if you could search the IN TRAY for Documents for an ENTRY already created RATHER than having to go to the IN TRAY > find the document and then LINK to the entry. Sometimes it is difficult find the entry (especially if it a Spend Money entry).

When a Reimbursables are applied (added) to an Customer Invoice it would be great if the Purchase had the Invoice # applied to it. We do this manually for every Purchase/Reimbursable. We do this line by line (as sometimes we have different Job Codes per one Purhase Invoice).

I was suggested to post this.
What I need is two extra fields, one that has a down arrow key to select a customer card name in a purchase order and an extra empty field to reference a sales invoice number and the same in a sales invoice that has a down arrow key to select a supplier and an extra empty field to reference a supplier's bill number or purchase order number. Both fields in each ledger should be for internal use only.
The reasoning behind the two fields for each ledger is, if you are just buying and selling it is one way to track the sales against the purchases so no sales are missed.
The only other way which I can check the sales at this stage, is a long drawn out process of running reports from both ledgers in excel by description which is time consuming and costly.

When linking invoices in our Purchase "In Tray" it would be great to have a date range when searching a supplier entry that has either been paid or has an invoice already linked. When ticking either of these boxes, we get over 10 years of invoices listed for that specific supplier - having a date range to select would save a lot of time!

I have a client who is starting to send purchase invoices to the MYOB In Tray, however, they have 2 datafiles. I've asked them to make sure they're sending to the correct In Tray, but so far they're still sending all to the main datafile.

We use an automated expense management system that syncs supplier invoices to MYOB and in the description of the transaction it shows an https link that opens up to the actual supplier invoice. Our expense management system maps this link to MYOB Account Right but MYOB Account Right does not allow for clickable links at the moment. MYOB Advanced does allow for this link to be clickable but we are not looking at moving to Advance.
We would like to request MYOB to look into this please?

I'd really like to add a line number to the purchase table in our item purachse orders.
i.e there would be a column to the left of the table that automatically numbers 1, 2, 3 with each item row.
That way when enquiring to our suppliers we could reference a simple line or item number rather than having to quote the entire part number. This would be helpful on sales invoices also.

Hi, as we pay many bills via credit card to take advantage of points earning, it would be great if there was a Credit Card Fee box to enter the charge into, similar to the Finance Charge box in the Pay Bills window. This could be linked directly to the bank fees or credit card fee expense account and would save extra processing when paying bills already entered in MYOB (as opposed to a Spend Money transaction). Currently we have to go into the supplier and add a transaction for the value of the cc fee and then go to pay bills and pay it altogether inclusive of the cc fee. A finance charge type of window for a credit card fee would be brilliant! Thanks.

We purchase our stock from overseas and our supplier invoices are all in EURO. At present it is not possible to import a file using foreign currency, meaning all purchase orders have to be entered manually. The ability to import this data would save our business hours of work.

(any layout), this way it makes life easier for some industries (steel or any other that uses Test Certificates), These types of certificates are associated with the delivery dockets not invoice/bill number

when creating a stocktake report/inventory, it would be awesome to be able to see when the item was purchased and on what PO.
i know we can drill down when viewing the report in MYOB, but this info would be handy when the info is exported to an excel sheet.
