Hi MYOB Community
I have an Account Right login as Administratior. the 2FA memory for 30 days seems to work for me and I have no problems.
HOWEVER, my assistant uses the same computer as me and I have given her her own login. When she logs in the 2 FA requirement comes up every time .... ie the 30 day memory does not apply. She then has to log in as me to get the 2FA code on my email. This is not making me very happy. I want the MYOB login to remember her code and allow her to log in for 30 days without being hassled by the 2FA every time she logs in. I also want the code to be sent to her email address when she tries to log in. ie I want my login to be separate and secure. AND I want her login and 2 FA to be separate and secure for her.

Thank you for your post. Two factor authentication is an easy and practical way to increase security for you and your online data. To comply with new industry standards and the guidelines set by the ATO we will be enabling two-factor authentication for all online users by 31st Dec 2018.

Hi Sheila
I don’t need all the blurb on why 2FA is important. I accept that and have been using 2FA for a number of my clients since it was introduced.
I need solutions to the following 3 issues:
