The time to fix this is not acceptable. It should not take this long. The longer this goes on the more likely people are to look elswehere for their software.

While we don't have a timeframe for when that situation will be resolved. This is something that our teams are working on resolving as soon as possible for impacted users with an update to the product.

Hi Everyone

Thank you for your feedback and your patience in regard to this topic.

The AccountRight 2021.5.2 version has been made available and does include a remedy for this particular situation. PC Edition users should receive an in-product prompt to install this new version upon opening.
