2018.4 upgrade frozen

Our upgrade to 2018.4 is still showing a state of upgrading company file. This has been attempting to upgrade for 12 hours. Has the upgrade frozen? Can you please review

Hi @Ason

 

I have reset your company file back to active and run an additional script over the company file. Can you attempt to re-upgrade that file and let us know how you get on.
