2020.2 Upgrade Locked Periods

Hi  I have just had two instances where the company file has the Lock Period ticked and the date set at 31.05.2020 and I was able to enter a new transaction in May plus change a transaction from 01/06 to 31/05 without the normal error coming up and saying the period was locked.  Is this a bug that needs to be fixed?

Hi @MorrellT 

 

I have just tried to replicate the situation in a sample company file and it is giving the errors as expected when the lock period is entered. However, if it's not working for you, I would first recommend clearing AccountRight cache as the issue might be caused due to corrupt browser cache. If it still doesn't work, try entering a different lock period and save the settings to check if there is any difference.
