2021.5 upgrade issues

Installed - two computers - have installed okay 

however as we upgrade on every computer - some are not working

And they are NEW Uptodate computers - which were working fine yesterday 

URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED

Thank you for your post. We initially released the AccountRight 2021.5 update. However, due to a printing error encountered post-release, we have temporarily suspended that automatic upgrade for AccountRight users.

 

Our teams are working through correcting that printing error, which when resolved we will be re-releasing that AccountRight 2021.5 version. Updates will be available on our MYOB Status page .

Having the same issue, the company file was updated and couple other PC's but when i tried to install on mine it just says 'update failed to download or install please check your network connection'. Network is obviously fine since I'm able to post here and connect to everywhere else online. Tried to disable Norton but still has the same error popup. Can't manually download and install either as the 2021.5 version is not available yet from the website.

Hi, you may have missed the reply to the original post from MYOB saying they had an issue, which is why they have dropped it from the automatic update until it is resolved.

apparently it is currently being worked on.

I am in the same predicament.

The updates should be flowing now or will do so shortly for users to access and install that update.


It should be noted however that our teams are still investigating the printing issue for future remedy in that update.

Yeah I must have been in the middle of writing my reply as they posted only to see it afterwards. Thanks for the update I have been able to update my client now and can at least login.

Hi Komal,

 

I use the Server Edition installation file as I work from home and the online version runs incredibly badly on the virtual/remote machine, there is a link on the downloads page to download the installation file but when it is clicked nothing happens. I can easily download the 2021.4 SE but obviously that won't help, haha!

 

Can I get an update on when the 2021.5 SE download link will be functional again?

What's the go with the 'BPay' details now on all our Invoices & we're not registered with BPay??? It seems like maybe the MYOB system has been hacked?

Hi @EmmaLB 

 

If you're using AccountRight Server Edition, we'll be in touch with you about an update that fixes this issue. Where possible, we recommend that you delay that update in the meantime.
 
@Harvest777 If you're using Online Payments, we are aware of an issue where the invoices are getting printed with long pages with Bpay details. Our teams are currently investigating this and we'll post an update once we have further information on this.

Hi @Komal_S 

We are not using Online Payments and we still get the 2nd page that prints.

We have Online Payment Disbaled on the desktop version and its not configured.
It does show as enabed online.
The invoices do show the Online Payments as ticked (always have) but makes no difference if its ticked or not ticked.
