Hi all
FYI - Have had a client contact me since installing the upgrade. Same logging in issues as everyone else PLUS this is a multi user company and all user access has been changed to full access since the upgrade even when permissions still look to be restricted under user acess.
Just be aware.
I contacted MYOB yesterday and said this is urgent. The work around given by MYOB was to reset all users permissions and save. This DID NOT correct the issue.
Please be aware of this.

As for your concern, Please take note that only the Administrator can add permission to the user under user access. If the contact is not listed under the Administrator role they cannot add permission to the user.
You can ask one of the administrators or the owner to log in to my.myob.com and click on Manage Online File Access/user access
