Access to MYOB AccountRight v19 back up file

Hello, Please help me out. I am using MYOB AccountRight Premium v19. Since our computer collapse in 2020 and hold to our operations due to covid-19 pandemic. We are unable to access MYOB until to date. I have download the above version from internet but unable to access through. The pop message appeared was; "Huxley.Application has stopped working" Can someone help me out please. Thanks, Moses1975

Hi @Moses1975 

 

I'm pretty sure the Huxley application relates to more recent versions and it sounds like you are needing the V19 CLASSIC version. Do you know if your file has .MYO (Classic) at the end or .MYOX (v2019) as this will easily tell you what it is?

Hello @Moses1975 

 

Welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

If you are getting the Huxley.Application has stopped working error, which might mean that the .NET Framework has become corrupt. 

 

What you will need to do is download the repair tool from the Microsoft Download Centre and then run that. This should resolve the error you are getting.
