Account Right : Upgrade User Access

I need to upgrade a User Access to Online User Access.  I have tried removing him from the original User Access however the bar : Invite an Online User doesnt appear where the fact sheet said it should be ??

Hi @Brenda8 

 

To invite an user to access an online company file, we do suggest setting up the user access for this user too. Provided that you are the online owner/administrator of the company file, please open the file, go to Setup > User Access > create a new user ID or select an existing one for this user > tick the option 'this user will sign on with a my.MYOB account, which then it'll prompt you to enter the email address, save the changes and invite the user.
