AccountRight 2019.2.1 and 2019.2.1 SE download and install but will not Open

Hi All, having issues with AccountRight 2019.2.1

I am running V19 and wanted to download and run the new 2019 version and just see the demo data file "clearwater" before sending MYOB my data file for the upgrade. I have no issues downloading the EXE file and subsequently installing the program however when I go to actually run the new version be it by double clicking on the icon or right click "run as administrator" the program fails and i get this error mesage (see attached file).

 

The support techs at MYOB seem to not have any ideas on this at all and I am getting nowhere fast. 

 

Anyone else had this issue? could it be a 64bit O/S issue as the versions all seem to be 32 bit?

@LeighH1977 - Sounds like a dependency might have some problems loading, this should be captured in the Diagnostic Log for AccountRight. Are you able to post it so we can have a look at it?

 

I wrote a post with the Log Locations while I was still a moderator, here's a link:  AccountRight Log Locations

 

Might give us a clue as to what is specifically failing.
