AccountRight 2019.3: Things you should know

Hi everyone,


We are aware of the following issues introduced with the AccountRight 2019.3 release. We’ll keep this post up to date with any fixes or workarounds that are, or will become, available.





Item Register displays no data when filtered by an Item that has 0 quantity on hand.

Fixed in 2019.4

Run the Items Register report – Reports>>Inventory>>Items>>Item Register [Detail]

Unable to run Card List Detail and some other reports in online files.


Fixed in 2019.4

Check out or restore a backup of the company file locally to run the report

Transaction ID for Bank Feed rule generated Spend Money transactions will use cheque number sequence instead of “EFT”

Fixed in 2019.4



Time Billing Activity slips rounding differently thus generating a 0.01 cent difference. Could impact previously closed activity slips


Fixed in 2019.4


Line tax does not subtotal on Time Billing invoices, when the line tax field and subtotal are included in the invoice

Fixed in 2019.4


Statements printing double/blank under certain conditions for Foreign clients



Payables / Receivables Exceptions Report will show an incorrect balance if a debit/credit note is applied to order then that transaction is converted.  



Unable to link existing In Tray Documents to Spend Money transactions after upgrading

Fixed in 2019.4


Sorting on Electronic Payments




Blank or missing information on online emailed PDFs

Fixed in 2019.4


In Tray window does not show all documents if opened while maximised

Fixed in 2020.1



We have also had a handful of reports from clients finding that column widths are not saving in sales and purchases screens. This issue was resolved in 2019.3, and most of our clients appears to no longer be impacted by it. Our team is investigating these cases.
