Can anybody assist with this.
I have gone through the prompts with closing the Financial Year. Done the backup and when going back into the file is still stuck on 2022 and 2024 does not show for budgets and insights.
No error mesages come up when closing. I have been on the call centre twice for 2.5 hours wait and no solutions could be given.
Not sure its my side or been a cloud file MYOB side.
Can anyone shed any light!

Hi @Gingerblue
After the backup, did you actually complete the rollover process? The backup stops the Close a Financial Year process so you can complete the backup. Once the backup is done, run the process again, this time do not do the backup. You will be prompted to close the current FY and the file will be rolled to the next FY.
