We have 2 small companies running under the above version. Not using payroll. No need to run online.
Do we need to upgrade to 2020.2 by 17 July 2020?
Thanks
Angela

In fact MYOB no longer support that version so you don't even need to pay for cover. Make sure you do regular backups and a copy of the installer so you can restore or reinstall if needed. There are reasonably price third party providers who can fix problems if they come up but I have used Classic versions for over 20 years and have never needed support.

Hi @ang2017
AccountRight v19.14 is part of our AccountRight Classic range and thus is not affected by scheduled decommissioning such as the recent AccountRight 2019.3, 2019.4 and 2020.1 decommissioning.
Although it should be noted that as of the end of September 2019, MYOB will not be release updates, this would include compliance or compatibility updates, for that product range. As such, for clients using those older versions, we do recommend upgrading to AccountRight 2020.2. Our Help Article: Upgrade to the new AccountRight would be able to assist with that process. This upgrade can be completed at any time and there is no timeframe for when clients need to do the upgrade. However, if there is a compatibility change that will prevent AccountRight Classic v19 from not working we will not be releasing an update to correct that.
