Hello,
Our customer's are unable to see our invoices when we email them through the system. Is anyone having these issues?
I have tested it and it spirals in the MYOB portal then crashes. Any known fixes?

I am having this same issue - customer cannot see emails, this is the screen shot she sees. And I can't view activity from within MYOB - "This feature is temporarily unavailable"

yes that is the screen I get once is times out
Any fixes yet?
We will have to print/scan & email every invoice manually to each customer which is going to cost us extra time and money.....plus cashflow as they are not seeing our invoices

W are experiencing the same issue. Over 400 invoices emailed out for EOFY and customers cannot access them!

We are aware some clients are experiencing issues when trying to access invoices emailed through the online emailing system. This is something that our team are currently looking into and trying to find a resolution as soon as they possibly can

If you change your email preference to add the PDF and send the link, this solves the issue.
Go to set up > Preferences > emailing
