AccountRight 2022.7.1 & 2022.8 both fail to launch.
The diagnostic and error logs were not created (because this is a high-level exception, see below):
Operating system is Windows 11 Pro, fully up to date on x64.

Thanks for your post. If you are unable to open an upgraded offline file the post, Unable to open recently upgraded company file, has detailed information to resolve this.
If the file is online or the diagnostic log contains a different error please send the following information so that I can assist further:

Hi Tracey,
As I said, MYOB fails to launch, this has nothing to do with opening a file, and the diagnostic log is not created due to the application crashing before it has a chance to do so.

The application does not launch from the start menu or the desktop shortcut, or by directly launching the executable.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both 2022.7.1 and 2022.8.
I'm running the local version of the application.
I suspect this is an issue with dotnet rather than MYOB specifically so I'm going to pursue a resolution from that angle unless you can shed any further light based on the supplied exceptions.

For closure, I restored the entire operating system from backup due to dotnet being in an unrecoverable state and MYOB is once again working.
