I received an error message that the Huxley file could not write to my folder. I had to force a close. When I logged back in to check the Payroll Tax Table it still said 1/7/2020.
I'm not sure what to do from here!

Hi @Colleen1411,
Thank you for your post. If you're receiving an error when attempting to upgrade can you please close down the program > Right click AccountRight and select run as administrator, once you've done this can you please attempt to install the update.

Hi Melissa, how do I know it worked? I did as you suggested. Checked the Payroll date again it still says 1/7/2020. Thats why I'm not sure if it has worked or not. Thanks.

Hi @Colleen1411,
If your product version says 2020.3.1, this is the correct version. Can I please clarify where you are seeing the tax table date of 1/7/2020? If it is in Setup>>General Payroll Information, you will need to go into Process Payroll for that date to be updated. The Employee Pays window should show the correct date of 13/10/2020.
Once you have opened Process Payroll, the tax table date will update in the General Payroll information window.
