Accountright Confirmation Code Phone Call can't get through

Hi, I have to phone in for confirmation codes and often cannot get through. My laptop does not have online access. Is it possible to use a tool on the MYOB website and put in serial numbers and company file numbers and get our confirmation codes this way? Phoning in is very time consuming for all - thanks
