Accountright Standard to Plus

Hi

I have a client using Essentail.  Previously had an employee so payroll records exist.

Client wanting to upgrade to Accountright - no STP necessary now as no employees.

1) Will historical pay data be transferred in the upgrade?

2) If they employ again, how do we upgrade the Standard to Plus?

Thank you for your post. Essentials data is not able to be migrated to AccountRight, if your planning on moving to AccountRight we recommend that you set a date to take your customer, supplier and account balances and you can then enter this information as an opening balance via the Easy Setup Assistant

 

You will have 60 days from the effective date of termination to extract your Customer Data from MYOB Essentials at no charge.  After this period, after which time you and other Users will have no further guaranteed access to MYOB Essentials or your Customer Data. We recommend taking a look at our help article importing and exporting for Essentials which has further information on what can be exported. 

 

If you wish to upgrade AccountRight standard to AccountRight plus in future, you can contact our support team on 1300 555 123, Live chat support or you're welcome to post on the Community Forum again and we can assist in the upgrade of the subscription.

In the past I have a vague memory of sending the SN or datafile to MYOB and they performed the conversion for me.  Is this still offered ?

We do not offer Essentials to AccountRight migration, our MYOB migration page on our website has information on which products can be migrated by our teams.
