Accountright showing read only files

I am a new employee using Accountright Plus 2.18.0 and my sales and banking areas are showing read only.  They have given me a new sign on, but I am not sure how many licences we have for this programme, how can I find this out please.

Hi @Vigil

There is no limit to the number of users that can be created and used with an AccountRight 2018 company file. If you are referring to the number of company files you can have on your serial number, this is one company file.


You also mentioned that your user access is showing as readonly mode, I would recommend speaking to the company file administrator user for your company file i.e. the one that set up your login and ensuring that you do have the correct roles and setup for those roles assigned. This can be checked by that user through the Setup>>User Access window. Note: to check the role set up via the Manage Roles tab on that User Access window
