Accountright stuck backing up

Good morning, 

 

Our accountright online was backed up to a local file yesterday evening and is now stuck "backing up" and will not let anyone log in. 

 

Can I please have our company file reset?

Hi @OfficePrecision 

 

Based on your forum details I can see that there is one company file online, I've run a script over the online file, please try logging in again.
