I changed the email address to log into MYOB which was succcessful.
However when I log in, it is asking for a password for the administrator. There was no password under the old email address so why is it asking for a password with the new email address. It should be blank.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Ellen

Thanks for your post. Generally there isn't a password on the default administrator user unless a password has been entered, have you been able to login since ?
If you haven't please let me know so I can take a look into this for you.

I totally agree with you but nobody could tell me why I could not log into MYOB.
I spent 2 hours on hold to be told the same thing.
The person I spoke to said the only way to fix was to reset the password.
This would cost me $31. As I use my file every day, I paid the money.
Not happy with the wait time, not happy to pay money when there was not a problem, but a glitch in the MYOB.
Not good customer service.
