Why do I get asked to provide an authenticator code so often? I tick the box "trust this device for 30 days" but it comes up weekly (sometimes more often)- I don't always have my phone on me and this is so frustrating.
Does anyone know how to get this to work properly?

Hi @Snaz,
The option Trust this device for 30 days only works when you sign in with the same device and browser you were using when you selected it (for example, using Chrome on your laptop, or Internet Explorer on your tablet). If you sign in from another device or browser, 2FA will still be required.
At times there may be some reasons you might still be prompted for the 2FA code after selecting 'trust this device', our Help Article Trust this device for 30 days has information and some troubleshooting steps to take.

I use the same laptop and the same browser every time, so it still doesn't make sense and I find it very frustrating.

Hi @Snaz,
If you're using the same browser please refer to Help Article Trust this device for 30 days which has information to check whether the browser settings are clearing the cookies when you exit the browser and if an antivirus could be clearing the cookies.
