Back Up Error

Hi, I operate two company files, and am the only user logging into them. When clicking on back up, both have an Information box pop up telling me, before you can start this task, all users need to close all windows and return to the command centre. When I am trying to back up I am at the Command Centre and no one else is logged in to the MYOB. Please help as I haven't been able to back up.

First of all, please allow me to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a well of knowledge.

 

We've found that if you have anti-virus programs or automatic back up systems running on your computer, often they would monitor the data file and trigger the same error message. Please temporary disable any anti-virus and auto-backup programs, then back up the file again.
