Back Up In Progress

Good morning,

 

I have been trying to open my MYOB AccountRight file and get the message 'Back Up In Progress. This company file is currently backing up.  You can sign in once the back up is complete'. 

 

This has been happening since Friday morning.

 

How can I fix this?

Thanks for your post. Could you post the last 4 digits of your serial number and the Company File ID (Help>>About AccountRight) and I will be able to reset this for you.
