I have checked the email address associated with your account, however, I'm not able to see the last 4 digits of the Serial number you've provided. Could you please send me the following information in a Private Message
 

  • Serial number  
  • Your full name 
  • Email address  
  • Business name 
  • Company file name

Hi I'm trying to log in and get the message back up in progress & I can't sign in. Are you able to reset? Last 4 digits of the serial number is 2059

I've reset your file back to active. Please log out and log back in to see if it's working now.

I hope you're doing well. I would like to check back with you regarding your issue with your files being stuck in a backup in progress. Was this resolved? Are you able to sign in and access your account after resetting your company files to active? Please let me know if you still need assistance with this.
