Backup Frozen

Hello our file is frozen in the backup stage and we cant access our data file .

Could you please fix this problem for us as I have been unable to contact your support centre in a timely manner.

We are often put on hold for 2 hrs waiting for our position in the queue.

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
