Backup Process frozen

Help, I am unable to access one of my MYOB company Files..

 

It seems to be frozen while doing the backup

Hi @SharonB22,

 

Thank you for reaching out. 

 

I've reset Company file 1 back to active. You should now be able to open as normal.
