Backup file number version changed to 2019.5 where as SE and PC are 2019.4 only

Backup file number version changed to 2019.5 where as SE and PC are 2019.4 only

When I backup from online file to send to local or network location (For account right SE) the file saved is a 2019.5 version when tried to be opened - which of course cannot be opened with current software as is version 19.4 what on earth is going on?

Hi @MercurySd 

 

AccountRight 2019.5 is an internal build which has not been released to clients, however, we have noticed a very small number of client data files that are showing that version if taken locally and accessed through the API/SE.

 

There is a tool available which can be run to downgrade that file back to 2019.4. You can find the tool on this post and it does need to be unzipped before running. Please ensure that you have a backup of the myox file before attempting.
