Backup in progress message

Hi, 

my team is trying to log on to my AccountRight file, but keep getting the message "This company file is currently backing up.  You can sign on once the backup is complete".

 

Back up was done yesterday (got the message showing completed), but now checking the folder, the file is not there.

 

 

 

Could you please run a neccessary script to reset? last 4 digits of serial number are 4794

I am more than happy to run a script over the file to resolve this issue. Can you please send me a Private Message containing the full serial number and the business name.
