Backup in progress

Hi,

I am trying to log on to my AccountRight file, but keep getting the message "This company file is currently backing up.  You can sign on once the backup is complete".

 

The backup was completed yesterday. I've signed out and signed back into the company file, but it still says "Status - Backing up"

 

Any assistance would be great!

I've located one online company file based on your forum details, I've run a script over the file, please try logging in again. 

 

If there's any problems please let us know.
