Backup in progress

Hi there

I can't seem to open Imagine Education Australia MYOB as it says backup is still in progress. 

 

Could you please assist?

I managed to locate the account and it appears that the files have sorted themselves out at our end. As such, just wanting to check in to ensure that you are able to open those files or if you still require assistance with this situation.
