Hi
I am having issues with trying to confirm my company files online.
I use MYOB Business Basics for some small not for profit organizations and have been using this software for a long time. My accounting requirements are simple & this product meets my needs. I haven't used the software since October 2022, but it only allows 'read only' now, Can anyone assist please?

If you are struggling to confirm your company file I would recommend taking a look at Help Article: Activation and confirmation errors in particular ensuring that you do review your TLS settings - see Error: "Unable to connect to the online confirmation service" section.
Should you still be able to unable to confirm your file would you mind sending me a private message with the following information - can be found by selecting to Confirm later
