Can I seek help to deactivate the old company files please? I have a new serial number for AccountRight Plus subscription.

Thank you for the post and I'm happy to assist you with this. For us to deactivate the company file, please send me a Private Message containing the following:

• Serial number
• Business name
• Your full name and email address
• Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)
