I have been on hold for 6 hours over 2 days trying to get this to work. I have had 4 different people give me licence files 15 times but they are not working and I keep getting errors. I was put through to tech support, been on hold for an hour, then I was cut off.
Reaching the end of my tether to be honest.
I cannot confirm a company file for my client. I upgraded last year, but do not need online access. Need only offline. I have no payroll and do not need bank feeds.
Please please please someone help me!!!
