Can not open a "Card" in AccountRight

Hi,

My AccountRight suddenly stopped working to open a "Card".

When I click the blue arrow next to a card name, or double click a card from card list, the mouse cursor changes to a circle for a second, then nothing pop up as normal.

Tried to unisntall and reinstall AccountRight, also tried to restart the computer, the issues is not solved.

My MYOB AR is the latest version.

Thanks!

Re: Can not open a "Card" in AccountRight

Hi @PatrickFCA

It is it an employee's card? If so, we may have a script that can be run over the file to allow that employee's card to be opened. So we can look at running that script would you mind confirming the following information:

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

If it's not an employee's card, is it just one card or all cards that you can't open? Can you open use the card(s) on a transaction without error? Are you able to open the cards in other company files such as Clearwater?

Kind regards,
Steven
