Can't Restore Backup file

Hi,

 

Trying to restore a backup file to make some adjustment, but it coming with the message ID or password is incorrect. Never had this problem before. I don't have a password and the ID is Administrator.

Noticed a few people having the same problem. 

Please don't ask me to $120 for a problem that should not be there.

Is there another solution?

Generally speaking if you are receiving a message that the User ID or Password is incorrect, that means that the username and password being entered into the file does not match any of the saved username and password combinations within the file.

 

Whilst the default username when a file is first created is Administrator with no password, this can subsequently be changed. If the password had been changed then you would need to enter in the corresponding password for the username being entered in. If you didn’t know the password, we do offer a chargeable service to remove the administrator password.
