Hi,
I have a read only file I want to access for some payroll reports, however the file won't open because it isn't upgraded to the newest version. I am having difficulty finding the backup file on my computer. Is there a way I can access it online?

After the subscription for an AccountRight has ended, you do have a limited time period of access to the online file. When that time period has ended, we don't guarantee that you will have access to the company file any longer.
In this case, as the decommissioning of that older version has occurred as a result that company file would need to be upgraded to be accessed, so a subscription would need to be in place for that.
Alternatively, if you do have a backup you are welcome to restore that file locally using the File>>Restore functionality.
