Can't confirm company file

I have a standalone version of AccountRight that now updates to the latest version. Every time the upgrade is done I get a message that the file can't be confirmed. The phone lines are jammed and the online chat wants a client ID, which I don't have. I am now unable to update my files. How do I get the file confirmed?

I have unlocked your account and ensured you are on the appropriate version at our end. This should allow you to confirm the company file using the Confirm online function now and in the future. However, do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.
