How annoying has the 2018 version upgrade been. Wish the team focused on the ATO compliance change and left everything else alone, until the team had time to work through the changes and test them thoroughly.
In 20 years I have never had so many problems.
Now I can't even get into my file to work today, as no-one can cofirm the file
MYOB has become a joke!!!
Confirmation errors tend to be errors when matching licencing details between the software using the datafile and our records and not a programming error. I looked up your email address in the system and can't find an account that has a failed confirmation and would like to look into this.

I kept looking into this and spoke with our engineering team and they are currently looking into an issue where our confirmation server is not responding to requests.
I am just waiting to hear back from them on this, as soon as they give me the all clear I'll get back and let you know.
Just heard back from the team on this, they are reporting that the server is now responding and we have seen successful confirmations.
If you now close and re-open AccountRight, could you confirm this issue is now resolved on your end?
