Can't get confirmation code - not connected to internet

How on earth do I get my confirmation code…been waiting on phone for ages. My computer is not connected to internet

Finally got through....system down at your end 

unable to give me code 

now I'm locked out of my file

Any thoughts or do I have to phone back tomorrow 

go on hold for ages 😞
