Cancelled subscription

Hi,

I can't seem to get through on the phones, however hoping someone might be able to help me, as to why i am still receiving bills and you're still direct debiting my account for a subscription i have asked to be cancelled?

So that I can look into this for you can you please send me the following information in a private message:

 

  • serial number or Client ID
  • primary contact name and email address
