Cancelling my subscription

Hi There,

 

I would like to cancel my subscription but you seem to make it so hard, every time I call I am left dangling on the phone in a queue and your online chat can't do it.  I currently have two subscriptions I would like to cancel the serial no. xxxx xxxx 5304.  I don't want to discuss it, the business ceased trading on the 19 August 2019 and I just want the subscription ended.  You guys don't make it easy, the only way anyone can contact you is via phone and then you don't have the manpower to deal with the volume of calls.

Your feedback wasn't helpful and I have been having the same problem.  I am sure we are not the only ones that really don't want to waste our time trying to contact you by phone.  You do NOT have enough personel to deal with the volume of calls which results in rediculuous wait times.  Your Ineptitude has resulted in me just cancelling my payment to you and I will not waste any more time on the subject.

 

Also I do not want a badge of any kind, I'm not 12!

I only need to cancel the subscription for the British Bistro, we are still using The Great British Chippy.  Many thanks.

Hi @FishKing 

 

We've arranged for the cancellation of one of the two subscriptions on serial number ending in 5304. The company file that has been cancelled is Company File ID 1 "Brxxxxh Bistro". Note: Company file ID 2 "Great Britxxx Chippy" remains active on the account and will take on the primary subscription next billing month.
